As the fields of ecological design, biomimicry, sustainable design practices expand, the examination of living systems will become the foundation for how we design buildings and transportation systems, ensure health and wellbeing, plan future livable cities, manage energy, food and water systems, reduce the waste stream and minimize the productions of toxin. This series of videos, to be produced and curated, will focus primarily on human endeavors that further the understanding of the forces of nature, examine the past to inform the future, and seek to incorporate the principles of living systems.
